The 2011 Military Classic Of The South On Ice VMI vs. THE CITADEL Will Be Held On Saturday, December 3rd @ 4pm At The Raleigh Ice Plex
This Citadel Ice Hockey Team Wants To Take The Military Classic Of The South On Ice Trophy To Charleston!
The VMI Hockey Team Would Like To Take The Trophy Back To Lexington.
Come to the Raleigh Ice Plex on Saturday, Dec 3rd @ 4pm and see two great college hockey clubs battle for The Military Classic Of The South On Ice Trophy.
VMI won the trophy for in 2008 & 2009. The Citadel won the trophy in 2010. VMI wants to take the trophy back to Lexington. The Citadel would like to keep it in Charleston.
All proceeds from the game will be donated to the American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund. The Legacy Scholarship benefits children of armed forces personnel who have died on active duty since 9/11/2001.
